Measure the slab and use the calculator to pick a coat thickness — 1/8" for light wear, up to 1/2" for heavier spalling — and get your bag count and prep materials.
Pressure wash off dirt, oil and any loose or flaking material, then acid-etch or mechanically profile the slab so it's clean and open-pored. The resurfacer only bonds to a properly opened surface.
Rout out any cracks and fill them with a flexible polyurethane sealant, and reseal existing control or expansion joints, before you place any resurfacer over them.
Brush or roll on the acrylic bonding primer just ahead of the resurfacer while the primer is still tacky, working in sections you can resurface before it dries.
Mix to the manufacturer's ratio with a paddle mixer, then pour and spread it with a gauge rake to a consistent depth, working quickly since these mixes set fast.
